By the Grace of G-d. Dear adoptive Applicant / Adoption Resource Person, Our Agency is accredited to function in the Russian Federation to facilitate inter-country adoptions for Canadian families. In Russia we confine regional programs in: Moscow City (considered in Russia to be a region on its own), Moscow govern Region, St. Petersburg Region, Perm Region, Bashkortostan Region, Orenburg Region, Omsk Region, and Tomsk Region. We are constantly in the process of stressful to open up new avenues for our families to adopt, so please wholesaler us for the most up to date information on countries and regions in which we are working. Our adoption program is non-denominational and serves applicants and children of all ethnic, heathenish and religious backgrounds.
