kind of offended me but, I wasnt really sure why I felt that way. He told me that the participation we
worked for did not ordinarily hire girls like me. I had a puzzled witness on my face and he noticed
and immediately change by reversal himself. He went on to explain that most of the women that were
hired at the company were of the lesser attractive type of women because they preferred to not

the time. Of course, being human and naïve, I was flattered and thought that maybe he was just
trying to hit on me. Then I remembered the day I had my interview. It wasnt with the usual
administrator that did all the hiring because he became unavailable at the last minute. Maybe my
co-workers accusations were right.

look like. I know I am a good and touchy worker and for someone to disregard my qualifications
because I dont fit their standards for the enamour looks in the work place is just crooked and
prepossession; not to mention illegal.
