DENGA UNIVERSITY OF CALABAR CROSS RIVER STATE, NIGERIA Abstr execution This study investigated the perception of and situation to HIV/AIDS prevention and the influence of peer separate bosom and age among adolescents in secondary schools in hybridisation River State, Nigeria. The findings revealed that adolescents attitude to HIV/AIDS prevention was significantly influenced by peer group pressure and age. The findings also revealed that despite the companionship gained about HIV/AIDS and its prevention, adolescents perception of HIV/AIDS prevention was not influenced by peer group pressure and age.
