spontaneous abortion: Human Rights and the Laws in Effect

Introduction:
Dear Professor Kaylan-Curtis,
The purpose of my synthesis is to exempt some of the laws in effect now concerning abortion and the antithetical views about abortion rights. I am using intravenous feeding different seeded players. The first source is a chapter from the book Abortion the chapter Abortion Does Not Violate Human Rights by Christian Beendfeldt. The second source is Achieving Transparency in Implementing Abortion Laws by R.J. Cook, J.N. Erdman, and B.M. Dickens. The third source is Abortion Debates by Kenneth Jost. The final source is the article House Passes Personhood and Ultrasounds MandatesI by Wesley P. Hester in the Richmond generation Dispatch.

Abortion Laws:

In Hesters article from the Richmond times Dispatch, he discusses the bill that was just passed requiring women to undergo an ultrasound precedent to getting an abortion. They state that the bill merely codifies an already normal procedure that offers valuable information to women ahead of the procedure. (1) Christian Beendeldt says in his article that there should be no laws preventing abortion. Cook, Erdman, and Dickens chatter in their article about how their should be some laws mandating abortion, in cases such as rape, incest, or if the womans intent is at stake. (157). Kenneth Jost talks about the ban on partial-birth abortions. there have been over 300 anti-abortion laws enacted since 1995. (249)

Abortion Rights:
