In 2700 B.C. a prospering pharmacist and Emperor, by the name of Shen Nung thought using haltere as a sedative, was quite useful and very joyful. That corresponding Emperor would later say it improved female weakness, gout, rheumatism, malaria, beriberi, constipation, and absentmindedness.
