As you walk up to the lower level of the River Commons you take a walk past the elegantly illuminated stone commencement in the center which has the stone basin arranged in a particular color pattern array. On each side of the fountain thither is a winding stairway on either side, which leads to the over pass of the levee. Ahead of you there is the aura of color changing lights over head of the unsoiled steel flood gates, which glisten off the porous granite regarding for ground as you walk underneath them.
As you walk through the gates you have the sight of flowers growing up the sides of the levee like wild fire and the salient concrete stairs in front of you. You also have the amazing streetlights that describe the whole rails along the river front that throws off a glow that illuminates everything around you.
As you start to walk tweak the stairs you have the dark green grass contact the trees on either side of you with cutouts in the stone path for what looks like benches in the near future. As you just look out over the water you just cant help but be amazed at how beautiful it looks with the laze light glistening off of every ripple that goes past, and the sight of the bystanders that are there fishing or just sit there watching over the water relaxing. As you accomplice over the water you can see the trees in the common land across the river blowing in the wind and the shining lights from the street lamps as they flutter in and out with every movement of the branches, and the tranquilize sound of the flowing water of the river.
