1.1.1SCB e-mail Scheduling
In sum total to scheduling the emailfreq.cmd file, SCB utilise an email consolidation process which runs double daily. This basically collects to seeher emails destined to the same user and consolidates into a mavin email (one for each user and workflow step).

1.1.2SCB ORMASUPPORT universe
A production expect universe is available at SCB for technical support troubleshooting purposes. This universe is refreshed each day by copying the ORMA production database to it.
Note: Sensitive data is outside on the ORMASUPPORT copy before making the system in general available for use.
1.1.2.1ORMASUPPORT refresh
A SQLServerAgent job called Daily Copy ORMA to support exists, which performs the ormasupport refresh. The job steps are -
1.Backup the ORMA (ors400) database to disk (ors400_refresh.bak)
2. hamper all scheduled jobs in ormasupport.
3.Set the ors401 database to restricted user mode (dbo only)
4.Restore the copy taken in (1) supra into ORMASUPPORT (ors401) database
