Wal-mart founder Sam Walton had the doctrine of offering a colossal range of products to consumers at a discounted price. Analysis of Company Wal-marts business model is based on offering customers everyday scummy prices. This model implies that customers dont need to wait for sales to lead off the best deals on products. As part of their business model, their be structure is focused on minimizing cost. Wal-mart has benefited from economies of scale with its continuing expansion.
